• Gold stamped in the bottom-center of the front cover, under personalization lines.
• Please provide a typed list of names, separate each name by using a comma.
• You may only have as many names items purchased. If there are
   more names, we will call asking which name(s) you want taken off the list. One name per cover.
• Send the list of names to sales@customplanners.com along with your purchase number
   either in the subject or message box.
• In order to get the Individual Names Personalized you must select "yes" under the
   "Individual Names Personalized" on the order form.
